The latest cases include Spring Pharmaceuticals suing Retrophin for blocking generics of kidney stone drug Thiola (tiopronin) and the invalidation of Johnson & Johnson’s (J&J) patent on its prostate cancer drug Zytiga (abiraterone acetate).
