Drug and anti-drug test kits Posted 07/04/2017

Tani Medikal is developing and manufacturing state-of-the-art ELISA test kits for the measurement of drug and anti-drug concentrations for clinical and research applications. Their brand name is ImmunoGuide. The product range is covering the following parameters:

  • Infliximab
  • Etanercept
  • Adalimumab
  • Golimumab
  • Certolizumab Pegol
  • Bevacizumab
  • Trastuzumab
  • Rituximab
  • Tocilizumab
  • Omalizumab
  • Cetuximab
  • Aflibercept
  • Nivolumab
  • next: Vedolizumab
  • next: Ustekinumab
  • next: Daratumumab

Many more parameters are in development. In the quantitative drug assays the catcher on the microplate is either the target molecule (product code AA) or a monoclonal antibody (mAb) from own development (product code AB). In both cases the results represent the free drug concentration. In case of AB-coded products the mAb specifically binds the drug without any cross reaction to other drugs even including those specific for the same target. The design of the semi-quantitative anti-drug ELISAs is based on bridging technique; solid phase is coated with the drug and the conjugate is also POD-labelled drug itself. The results of all anti-drug assays are given in arbitrary units and represent either the free (product code BB) or the total (product code TA) antibody concentration. Tani Medikal is also interested in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies manufacturing mAb drugs in an early stage of the product development. Upon request, our R & D team, with the experience of mAb and ELISA manufacturing, is able to develop any new drug or anti-drug ELISA quickly.
